Gym Ropes or Power Ropes are designed for “wave-based” functional training. With Gym Ropes you train intensively the upper body, increase strength and endurance.
Application:
The idea is to wave the rope (one end in each hand) – as you slow down, you lose momentum and the exercise becomes extra heavy. The training goal is to keep the rope constantly moving. This burns calories, increases pain tolerance and improves mental toughness
With this 12m long rope a rope length “per arm” of approx. 6 meters results.
